We are happy to exchange or refund if you have purchased full priced items online within 30 days if you are not 100% Satisfied or if the goods are faulty so long as they are returned unworn and unused with original packaging.
Purchases made in-store will not be refunded but instead will receive a store credit.
Please also note products purchased elsewhere cannot be returned to us even if they are the same brand
Any sale stock will not be refunded or exchanged so please choose carefully.
We can only accept back shoes that are not scuffed or showing any signs of wear. Please try your shoes on a carpeted surface first if possible.
Please note that because of the intimate nature of wearing socks, we cannot accept returns of any socks.
Please note that there is no refund on shipping cost and you will need to pay the shipping cost back to us for returning or exchanging items.
If your shoes do not fit, we would recommend checking the website to see if your size is available. If it is available, we would also recommend purchasing the shoe and we refund you back for the purchase. This will guarantee the shoe will be available.
